Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Montgomery Airport South

Today I went for a jog outside the hotel. After I got done jogging I went inside and I was greeted by two front staff asking how I was doing, and they gave me a goodie bag. Both of them were sweet and kind. Also they have really good breakfast in the morning and the rooms are comfortable and clean! I recommend booking here if you are in the Montgomery area.

We are contractors so we do a lot of hotel hopping and this hotel has the best water pressure! I like that it was clean, and not just a surface clean, IT WAS CLEAN! LOVE THAT! The beds could use an update, they are super uncomfortable! I tried to do some laundry, the first load did not spin so I added more money and tried washing again and mind you it was only four pairs of pants. The next load did the same thing to me, I WAS ON FIRE AT THIS POINT, work hard all day you already have to go to a hotel and not the comfort of your own home so it would be nice if a hotel had some pride and actually cared about the paying guest. Thats where my mind set was at completely upset! Finally I go down to the front desk ready to give whoever what for but instead this really beautiful person with a welcoming voice and vibe asks how she can help and my mad was immediately replaced with relief! IVEY IS THE BOMB!!! She solved my problem by taking it on herself!!! IVEY is the very definition of hospitality!!! I would advise you to do everything you can to keep her a part of your staff! IVEY SAVED THE DAY!!!

I enjoyed this hotel. My top priority is always cleanliness and I’d say this checked the box. Had a cute decor and vibe to it as well. Staff were very friendly, kind, and prepared. Breakfast was nice. When we visited we were hoping to burn some energy of kiddos and hit up the pool but was being fixed at that time. So if that is important to you I would call ahead to make sure it’s done! We were ok with it though. Overall was great

I had a great stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Montgomery Airport South. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from start to finish. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and everything was well organized and fresh. Jack stood out as extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. He made sure guests felt taken care of and set a great tone for the entire stay. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Bridget has clearly trained her team very well. Every staff member was attentive, polite, and focused on guest comfort. The service felt genuine, not forced, which made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel delivers great service, a relaxing atmosphere, and a smooth stay. I would definitely recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

Let me tell you about the amazing staff here! I was abandoned! Desolate! At the end of my rope! After my flight was canceled. The staff here got me a room on the cheap, short notice, and very polite. Then, when I unfortunately had to cancel because Delta gave me a hotel voucher that I couldn't use here, they (Bridgette? Sorry I forgot your name) canceled for free, and was genuinely happy that it worked out for me. I am 100% staying here next time I come out for work!

We had a great stay at this hotel! Jackie was very welcoming and informative. She was just what we needed after 12 hours on the road. She had our key ready and check-in took less than a minute. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was fresh and hot with a great selection of foods and beverages. Wonderful hotel!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was truly impressed from start to finish. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and well maintained, with modern touches that made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet, which allowed me to get great rest throughout my stay. The bathroom was spotless with great water pressure and fresh towels provided daily.

I have stayed here twice and have noticed a standard of excellent customer service! I recently visited the surrounding hotels in this area and have found this to be the most pleasant and comfortable. I feel this is a hidden gem in this area. Bridgette and Jackie are always available and knowledgeable for any questions and concerns. Not to mention housekeeping is good and efficient. Thank you guys for maintaining Marriot’s standard. I am pleased as a customer.
